Where are we?: Barney and Tom are pinned down in the supposedly-unguarded quarry. When Greg and Paul arrive in search of them, Vic unleashes a new volley of gunfire — shattering the windscreen of the empty van.

What's the goof?: In this shot of the van, a member of the production crew can clearly be seen as their head appears outside the front passenger side-window, before pulling back out of shot. You'll need to rewatch the scene in real-time to see this properly.
