Big Finish Survivors cast and crew at London Film and Comic Con

Chase Masterson (Maddie Price) will be appearing alongside Big Finish Survivors audio drama producer David Richardson, script editor and scriptwriter Matt Fitton, director Ken Bentley and executive producer Nicholas Briggs at the London Film and Comic Con on 12-13 July in Earls Court, London.

Masterson will be be available to sign copies of the series one Survivors CD boxset, but, like Briggs, will be “unable to sign any photography from TV series that they have appeared in.”

Carolyn Seymour (Abby) to appear at Big Finish Day 5 convention

Carolyn Seymour (Abby Grant) is scheduled to appear at the Big Finish Day 5 convention, being held on 13 September 2014 (from 10:00 to 18:00) at Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor.

The Big Finish Day 5 will feature guest appearances from Tom Baker and Philip Hinchcliffe launching the new Big Finish Doctor Who: Philip Hinchcliffe Presents release; a new audio drama in which Carolyn will also feature, lending her vocal talents to the role of Mordrega.

From the team behind the new Big Finish Survivors audio adventures, there will also be appearances from producers Nick Briggs, David Richardson, director Ken Bentley and actor (and Big Finish regular) John Banks.

Denis Lawson (The Future Hour) appears at Collectormania, 26 May 2013

Actor Denis Lawson, best-known in genre circles for appearing in all three original Star Wars films, but equally well-known to Survivors fans for his guest-starring role in series one Survivors episode The Future Hour, appeared at the Collectormania 19 event at Milton Keynes on 26 May 2013.

Survivors fan gathering at Hampton Court, Saturday 29 June 2013

Survivors fan Steve Clutterbuck is organising an informal gathering for fans at Hampton Court in Herefordshire on Saturday 29 June 2013. Says Steve:

If anyone fancies a trip out to visit Hampton Court near Leominster, enjoy a walk around the grounds and get a chance to meet fellow Survivors fans, there is an informal picnic being arranged on Saturday 29 June 2013. On Friday 28 June, if anyone’s interested, we could perhaps arrange to visit some other nearby Survivors filming locations. If anyone is interested in joining in on either day, please get in touch via my website.

Carolyn Seymour scheduled to appear at Wales Comic Con – 28 April 2013

Carolyn Seymour (Abby Grant) is scheduled to appear at the Wales Comic Con 2013, being held at Glyndwr University, Wrexham on Sunday 28 April 2013.

On the Guest pages, Seymour is listed as appearing to sign autographs (but not to be part of a convention panel or to be included in official photoshoot events).

Hugh Walters (Vic Thatcher, S1) to appear at London Film and Comic Con, July 2013

Hugh Walters (the second of three actors to play the role of Vic Thatcher in Survivors) is making a signing appearance at the London Film and Comic Con, being held at Earls Court 2, London between Friday 5 and Sunday 7 July 2013.

Walters, who played the role of Vic Thatcher in first series episodes Revenge and A Beginning, will appear on Friday 5 July only for a signing session.

Carolyn Seymour attends Star Trek London convention, London, October 2012

Carolyn Seymour (Abby Grant, Survivors) appeared at the Destination Star Trek convention, held at the Excel convention centre, London between 19-21 October 2012.

The convention was celebrated for bringing together (for a rare joint UK convention appearance) all of the actors who have played the role of ship captain in all of the different TV incarnations of Star Trek.

Seymour, who played a variety of guest roles in both Star Trek: the next generation and Voyager appeared at a photo-signing session at the event.

Ian McCulloch joins ‘Zombie’ panel at Spooky Empire 2012 horror film convention

Ian McCulloch (Greg Preston, SurvivorsZombie at the Spooky Empire 2012 horror film convention held, over the Halloween weekend, in Orlando, USA. Joining McCulloch on the panel were Richard Johnson and Ottaviano Dell’Acqua.
